Our Extended Family

Hello, my name is Amit Sudhakar, and I am the founder and owner of Kokum Hills. As an accountant professional, I have spent many years living and working in the fast-paced cities of Mumbai and Delhi. While these cities are charming and exciting, they can also be hectic and draining, with the daily routine of rushing to work and struggling to navigate crowds leaving me feeling breathless and overwhelmed.

Meet Ganesh, the dedicated Manager of Kokum Hills farm. With a deep-rooted passion for holistic and back-to-basics farming, Ganesh embodies the farm's values and principles. Ganesh's unwavering commitment to sustainable practices is evident in the farm's emphasis on water preservation, cultivation of local fruit trees, and organic farming methods. As the Manager, Ganesh diligently tends to the farm's stable, where contented cows thrive under Ganesh's attentive care. With a profound love for the land and a nurturing spirit, Ganesh plays a pivotal role in upholding Kokum Hills' mission of sustainable agriculture and harmony with nature.

At Kokum Hills, the presence of cows plays an integral role in the harmonious ecosystem. The farm proudly maintains a stable where contented cows reside. These cows are more than just livestock; they are valued members of the farm community. With utmost care and respect, the cows are provided with a nurturing environment and high-quality feed. Their well-being is a top priority, ensuring they lead healthy lives while contributing to the farm's self-sufficiency. The cows at Kokum Hills symbolize the farm's dedication to ethical and responsible farming practices, fostering a genuine connection between humans, animals, and nature.
Organic Sustainable Farming
Organic sustainable farming is a farming method that aims to promote the health of the soil, ecosystems, and people.
It involves using natural methods of pest and weed control, and avoiding the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals. Instead, organic farmers rely on practices like crop rotation, cover cropping, and composting to build healthy soil, reduce erosion, and improve biodiversity.
Organic sustainable farming also emphasizes the use of renewable resources and the conservation of water, energy, and other resources. By prioritizing the health of the environment and the well-being of people, organic sustainable farming supports a healthier and more resilient food system for everyone.
